DSI and Compression List

As agreed to in the latest UUP contract, UB employees are eligible for a Discretionary Salary Increase and Compression/Inversion compensation for the remainder of the contract. These increases are added to your base salary.  

This is the full list for all University at Buffalo employees. 

Please note: Discretionary Salary Increase is listed under the 'DSI Amount' column and Compression/Inversion compensation is listed under the 'Equity Amount' column.
