As a member of the HSC chapter of UUP, you must submit you IDA application as per the instructions. DO NOT submit your application using the link in the January newsletter.
If you already submitted using the January newsletter link, please notify the Chapter Secretary, Michelle (buffalohsc@uupmail.org) and resubmit using the instructions.
Please note: IDA applications from HSC members submitted via the link in the January newsletter cannot be reviewed by the HSC IDA Committee
